REFUND / RETURN POLICY
At PortCase, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return Email us at with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return authorization and the correct return address for your item. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization can't be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if your passport holder arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. Send a photo to and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — in most cases without needing the item returned.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Non-returnable items Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the colour or style you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
