Shipping policy
PortCase ships worldwide. Orders are fulfilled through our production and logistics partner, CJ Dropshipping, which allows us to offer quality passport holders at fair prices with reliable global delivery.
Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days for around 90% of orders. Every item is quality-checked before it leaves the warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery time Estimated delivery is 5–11 business days for the majority of orders (around 62%), depending on your destination and the shipping option available at checkout. Some remote regions may take a little longer.

Shipping cost We're pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on every order.
Order tracking As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow a few days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customs, duties & taxes International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our control — but if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.
